Zetareh has made no binding or official promises. The rules it will abide by are still being written. What is on this page is the current thinking, not a settled contract — and it is published so you can see where it stands, not to bind you to something finished.
Zetareh is being built and changed daily, often several times a day. Features appear, move and are withdrawn. Something that worked yesterday may behave differently today. That is the normal state of this platform right now, and it is not a promise of stability.
We describe how sign-on works, how your identity is kept separate at each app, what each app is allowed to do with your phone, and how your vault is sealed. Those descriptions are written in good faith and we believe them to be accurate — but no independent auditor has examined them. Until one has, they are our own account of our own work, which is not the same as verified.
Do not put anything here that would harm you or somebody else if it became public. That includes identity documents, financial details, medical records, passwords for other services, legal papers, and anything about another person that they have not agreed to share.
Ordinary family use — names, photographs, messages, family history — is what the platform is for. The caution above is about the material where a breach would actually cost you something.
You agree not to post racist content, or content attacking people for their religion — including antisemitic and Islamophobic content — or for their nationality, ethnicity or origin. This is not a matter of tone or of who is offended: it is about material that treats a group of people as lesser.
This platform was built to hold a family's history, including relatives who lived through exactly that kind of treatment. Content of this sort will be removed and the account behind it disabled, without notice and without argument. There is no appeal on this one.
Disagreement is fine. Politics, religion and history can all be discussed by people who disagree. The line is between arguing with an idea and demeaning a people.
No responsibility is accepted for the loss, exposure or breach of any data placed here, including sensitive data, while the platform remains in test and development and unaudited. If that is not an acceptable risk for a particular piece of information, the right decision is not to upload it.
None of the above is an excuse. Backups run several times a day and are kept off this machine. Access rules are enforced on the server, not merely hidden in the interface. Each app is told your identity only as a per-app pseudonym, and never your email address. Vault content is sealed before it leaves your device. These are the practices we hold ourselves to — stated so you can hold us to them too, and so an auditor has something to check.
Signing up to Zetareh is free, and using it is free. There is no fee to join, no trial that ends, no subscription and nothing that renews. Nothing you have to pay for is ever put between you and your own account, your own content or the people you are here for.
Two things can be paid for, both entirely optional and both one-off payments. Neither buys you access, because access is not for sale.
Voluntary support is a gift towards running the platform. It buys nothing and unlocks nothing — you get exactly the same platform whether you give or not. Amounts are your choice, from the smallest shown on the page upward.
AI balance is prepaid credit, held in US dollars, spent as you use Claude inside the platform. What each call costs, the range you may buy, and any markup on the underlying cost are shown on the purchase page before you pay. A payment in another currency is converted to your dollar balance at that day’s rate, fixed at the moment of checkout so it cannot drift afterwards. The balance does not expire.
Zetareh’s own model runs on Zetareh’s own machine and is free. It needs no balance, no card and no account with anybody else. A balance is only ever for Claude specifically.
Payment is handled by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s page and never reach this platform. Purchases are delivered immediately and electronically — there is nothing to ship.
A shop on this platform is its own business, not ours. If you sell here, you are responsible for your own privacy policy, your own terms and conditions and your own refund policy — or you may point your buyers at Zetareh’s privacy policy and this agreement instead, for the first two.
The refund policy is always yours, in either case. This agreement carries no refund terms, so there is nothing here to point a buyer at. Consumer law where your buyers live may give them rights whatever you write.
Whichever you choose, it is shown on your shop window, where somebody can read it before they pay. Until you choose, that window tells buyers plainly that nothing has been published — we do not write a policy on your behalf.
Your customers are yours: payment goes to your own payment account, and who bought from you, who they are and what they paid do not pass through us. That also means we cannot answer for you, and a buyer with a question about an order will be sent to you.
The platform is operated by wizHauz LLC, a limited liability company registered in Colorado, United States, trading as WiZHauZ. Questions about a payment, a receipt or a refund go to masud@wizhauz.com and are answered by a person.
The company is registered in Colorado. It is worked from Krisztina körút 2–4, 3rd floor, 1122 Budapest, Hungary, which is the address for post about a payment or an invoice.
You may delete your account, which removes your member record and the content attached to it. Family-tree entries about real people, including relatives who have died, are kept as a record of the family rather than as your personal data, and are not removed by deleting an account.
These are not finished, and they are not handed down. The people using the platform early are the ones best placed to say what it should promise and what it should never do — so if something here is wrong, missing, unfair, or simply unclear, say so and it will be considered properly.

What changes as a result will appear here, with a new version number, so you can see what moved and when.
This agreement carries a version. If it changes materially the version changes with it, and what you accepted is recorded against the version you saw — so "you agreed" can never become a claim about wording nobody can produce.
